RETURN POLICY:
We want all DPCTED customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders. We will be happy to refund your purchased order (minus shipping and handling fees) provided the product is returned within 45 days of purchase and in re-sellable condition (unwashed and free from stains and odors). Please include original packing slip and return to:

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
In order to exchange a product you must return your order. Please follow the instructions for returns and place a new order for the desired exchange item on our site dpcted.com. You will receive a full refund for your original order (minus shipping and handling) once we receive your returned merchandise. Condition of merchandise must meet return policy guidelines.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that international orders will have longer delivery times. Some orders can take up to 4 weeks or longer to arrive.
